""While Shaina looks forward to her engaging, hands-on Sunday morning classes every week, my husband and I have come to look forward to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of Winchevsky events, and the opportunities to schmooze with our fellow Shule parents."
Sylvia Hunter, MWS parent

Module 2:

Making A Scene - All The World's A Shtetl

Experience shtetl life in this five-week-long, fun-filled drama and improvisation workshop. Inspired by the rich works of Sholem Aleichem, students will learn the fundamentals of stage performance (with a Jewish twist, of course) as well as basic life skills including working in teams, presenting, listening, and communicating. The module will culminate with the performance of a scene based on Fiddler on the Roof. Learning isn’t supposed to be this fun!

Module Leader

Gary Jury is a Morris Winchevsky School parent and an experienced drama teacher.
